iPod Suffer - Apple ignores requests to have Thai language support in iPod

For years, Thai iPod users suffer from being unable to read any Thai text on their iPod (song info, contacts, notes, all), as all Thai characters will gone blanked. This is effectively rendered all their pods into a Shuffle one, you can't choose anything. For more than a year, Apple totally ignoring requests to have Thai language support in iPod :(
